DEMO DAY & Seahaven Cycle Festival

Never mind the football, we had a great time at the 2010 Seahaven Cycle Festival. The stars of the show couldn't have been more different: Giant's TCR Advanced SL with its lightness and acceleration (watch the Rabobank team in the Tour de France to see how they can be ridden), and the penny farthing ably demonstrated by the Veteran Cycle Club. I'm looking forward to the next one at The Salts recreation ground on Seaford seafront on Sunday 10th June 2012.

Is that the new Giant 29er..? Fancy a ride?

In between enjoying a cool, refreshing drink and singing along to The Hofners at The Flying Fish, everyone agreed it would be nice to do it all again...next year?

CHARITY RIDE

On Saturday 17th April Jamie and Ian of Team Mr Cycles pedalled away in the window of our shop all day and in the process managed to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Our thanks to Ian, Jamie, Balloonatics, Team Mr Cycles and all the friends, family and customers who helped us reach the super total of £700. Well done!

And congratulations to the winner of our mileage sweepstake, Ms Southgate who was closest to Ian and Jamie's phenomenal combined mileage total of 339 miles.
