The Shop’s Too Small! You’re right - size is important. That’s why we now offer the huge choice that can only be provided through online ordering. We’ve teamed up with some of the biggest names in cycling - including Ultimate Pursuits, Shimano and Fisher Outdoor.
Browse our range of accessories online, make your choice, then give us a call to order it into the shop for collection, or we will post it to you (£3.95 covers the postage on most items). |

How much!!? I can get a full-suspension bike at a well-known car accessory/camping/bike shop/supermarket/on the internet for less than a £100. Why are your bikes so expensive?
Answer: It is true, the bikes on sale at Mr Cycles are not the cheapest available. Every week I get offers from various companies to sell their bikes - some of them exceedingly cheap - but I will not do it. Why? Because the old cliché is true: You get what you pay for. Marin bikes have a lifetime warranty on their frames, twelve month warranty on the components, and their free Platinum Care after-sales scheme that offers you four free safety checks at Mr Cycles over the first two years that you own your Marin bike. Trek, Mongoose, Giant, GT, and Orange all offer similar warranties. The Bontrager components fitted to Trek bikes are even guaranteed for five years. The reason these manufacturers offer such warranties is the same reason I sell these brands (and others); it is because I am confident they will perform as required day after day, year after year. Next time you are at your local refuse site take a look by the waste metal skip and see which brands make up the bulk of the bikes discarded there. Chances are it will be the same brands that keep two mechanics and myself busy in our workshop. When Mr Cycles sells you a bike it is face to face in our shop. If you have problems with that bike you will bring it back. I hate that, and want my customers to enjoy their bikes. That is why our bikes are not cheap - they are good value. |

Do you buy second-hand bikes? Can I trade in my old bike against a new one? No. Sorry. We don’t have enough room for the new bikes, never mind second-hand ones. |
|
How can I pay? We accept cash, cheques, all major credit cards and American Express. We also offer 0% finance facilities through Black Horse and Lloyds TSB on purchases of £500 or more. Call for details. |
